What time can I check in and out?
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Self check-in with a secure key box; the code is sent to you before your stay. Early check-in or late check-out available as an option, subject to availability.
What is the minimum stay?
2 nights, except to fill a single free night between two bookings: in that case, one night is fine.
Can I cancel?
The guest may cancel from their account up to 7 days before arrival: 100% of the amount paid is then refunded. Between 6 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the amount paid is refunded. Less than 2 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, no refund is due.
Can we bring a baby?
Yes. The apartment sleeps 2 adults plus a baby or toddler: a high chair and a travel cot with mattress are provided free of charge on request.
Where can I park?
Free on-street parking is available. The Esplanade Mariette pay car park (300 spaces) is less than 150 m away.
Is there a lift?
No, the apartment is on the 3rd and top floor with no lift: it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
